Pets are not permitted on this experience.
Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour.
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed.
This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
The experience operates in most weather conditions; please dress accordingly.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pregnant women and guests with certain medical conditions should consult their doctor before participating in snowmobile activities or using thermal pools.
Please arrive at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
All safety instructions provided by the guide must be followed throughout the experience.
