Baths in Zakopane

Everything from knowing the vehicle and driver that was coming for us to the great laugh we had with Kuba. Only disappointment was the thermal baths but nothing to do with yourselves. We had been to thermal baths in Budapest that were so much better and hotter. The Tetra mountain was fantastic. If we return to Krakow we will definitely book with yourselves again

Places visited, landscapes and organization

Tour guide was nice and open for questions. Had some annoying loud travelers on the same bus that would even talk through the important announcements from the guide over speakers in the bus and I had to tell them to be quiet. We only had effective 2 hours of time at the thermal baths instead of the 3 hour ticket I expected as stated online.

We had the most amazing day with our driver and guide Piotr. Cheese tasting in the Shepards hut (we're big cheese lovers so we really enjoyed this, very tasty!) Zakopane centre and the Tatra mountains were breathtaking, then finishing the day in the thermal baths was heavenly. Highly recommend!

Peter the driver was great, really nice person. Gave the Kraków dragon story as an addition. He knew what he was talking about. The only issue was that new tickets had to be sent out and you needed data, which I did not have (no roaming) but the Peter did help us with a manual ticket. The cheese and vodka tasting was amazing!! The cheese was salty, chewy and delicious!!

The activity is a must do! The spa was amazing and the town is beautiful in winter

There is variety of activities you can do ,the restaurants and cafeteria was really nice but the actual venue was overcrowded.You could hardly use any of the facilities.It was a Sunday so I believe a visit during the week would be better. I had no issue with the booking the tickets or parking.

Sauna and pool beautiful. In the sauna base thebpeople are really free

Buying tickets online is the way to go. Faster inside. Excellent service. Everything was smooth, extremely clean and a lot of varied options and amenities as well as food and beverages.

Quick access to the hot springs, perfect facilities, well organized. Well worth it.

Zakopane is a tourist town and Majority of people they are probably make their money from the tourist somehow or another, I think they should be more helpful. There was no way I could find the bus to or from the venue so I took an Uber both ways. Which is fine except I really prefer to take a bUs to interact with people. Terms Chocolow is nice but if you do not speak Polish you spend most of your allotted time on searching for locker, shower, towels, the baths , how to use the lockers

Picked up punctually at meeting point by local company used by Headout. Minibus comfortable. Great communication and updates on email and WhatsApp. Thermal Baths were suberb. Evening visit is great as not as busy. Could be more servers in outdoor pool bar (long queues). Suggest 2 towels - keep 1 in locker - the other gets damp going around. We ate pizzas which were delicious. Very relaxing.

La experiencia fue increíble de principio a fin. El guía me recogió en mi hotel para llevarme a las termas de Chocholaw. Por el camino me explicó cosas muy interesantes sobre Zakopane y Chocholaw. Cuando llegamos a las termas me explicó cómo funcionaba todo a detalle y las cosas que podía hacer. Una vez dentro, me escribió unos mensajes con información muy útil sobre las termas (como la contraseña del wifi). Al salir, me llevó de vuelta al hotel y por WhatsApp me envió mogollón de recomendaciones de locales y cosas que hacer en Zakopane que me sirvieron mucho para el resto del tiempo que estuve allí alojada. Sinceramente una experiencia 10/10, el guía súper atento y amable y todo genial! Mi guía fue Maciej!

Two of us from France booked this tour. Despite our poor English, we had an excellent day. Our two guides were great. We were given little touches throughout the day: a bottle of water per person, clear explanations, French translations where necessary... We visited the village of wooden houses and the sculptor's house. Then we tasted the typical cheese. Due to the lack of snow, we went for a quad ride (we were a little disappointed not to go snowmobiling, but the quad experience was really satisfying). Then we had some free time in ZAKOPANE, where we ate (restaurants or packed lunches). Then it was off to the terms, where we enjoyed ourselves for 2.5 hours. Many thanks for a great day! 🙌
