We had the most amazing day with our driver and guide Piotr. Cheese tasting in the Shepards hut (we're big cheese lovers so we really enjoyed this, very tasty!) Zakopane centre and the Tatra mountains were breathtaking, then finishing the day in the thermal baths was heavenly. Highly recommend!

Peter the driver was great, really nice person. Gave the Kraków dragon story as an addition. He knew what he was talking about. The only issue was that new tickets had to be sent out and you needed data, which I did not have (no roaming) but the Peter did help us with a manual ticket. The cheese and vodka tasting was amazing!! The cheese was salty, chewy and delicious!!

Everything from knowing the vehicle and driver that was coming for us to the great laugh we had with Kuba. Only disappointment was the thermal baths but nothing to do with yourselves. We had been to thermal baths in Budapest that were so much better and hotter. The Tetra mountain was fantastic. If we return to Krakow we will definitely book with yourselves again

Tour guide was nice and open for questions. Had some annoying loud travelers on the same bus that would even talk through the important announcements from the guide over speakers in the bus and I had to tell them to be quiet. We only had effective 2 hours of time at the thermal baths instead of the 3 hour ticket I expected as stated online.

Head out booking simple and easy and local operator confirmed our hotel pickup the day before. The driver was excellent and guidecdid a good job. The time at Zacapane was a bit overlong as not much to do there after doing the mountain railway. The rest was good especially the thermal baths.

There is variety of activities you can do ,the restaurants and cafeteria was really nice but the actual venue was overcrowded.You could hardly use any of the facilities.It was a Sunday so I believe a visit during the week would be better. I had no issue with the booking the tickets or parking.

La experiencia fue increíble de principio a fin. El guía me recogió en mi hotel para llevarme a las termas de Chocholaw. Por el camino me explicó cosas muy interesantes sobre Zakopane y Chocholaw. Cuando llegamos a las termas me explicó cómo funcionaba todo a detalle y las cosas que podía hacer. Una vez dentro, me escribió unos mensajes con información muy útil sobre las termas (como la contraseña del wifi). Al salir, me llevó de vuelta al hotel y por WhatsApp me envió mogollón de recomendaciones de locales y cosas que hacer en Zakopane que me sirvieron mucho para el resto del tiempo que estuve allí alojada. Sinceramente una experiencia 10/10, el guía súper atento y amable y todo genial! Mi guía fue Maciej!

Zakopane is a tourist town and Majority of people they are probably make their money from the tourist somehow or another, I think they should be more helpful. There was no way I could find the bus to or from the venue so I took an Uber both ways. Which is fine except I really prefer to take a bUs to interact with people. Terms Chocolow is nice but if you do not speak Polish you spend most of your allotted time on searching for locker, shower, towels, the baths , how to use the lockers

Two of us from France booked this tour. Despite our poor English, we had an excellent day. Our two guides were great. We were given little touches throughout the day: a bottle of water per person, clear explanations, French translations where necessary... We visited the village of wooden houses and the sculptor's house. Then we tasted the typical cheese. Due to the lack of snow, we went for a quad ride (we were a little disappointed not to go snowmobiling, but the quad experience was really satisfying). Then we had some free time in ZAKOPANE, where we ate (restaurants or packed lunches). Then it was off to the terms, where we enjoyed ourselves for 2.5 hours. Many thanks for a great day! 🙌

Outdoor swimming pools
There are 2 outdoor thermal swimming pools at Chocholow Thermal Baths. The smaller of the two has an area of 638 square meters and a depth of 1.2 meters, with various attractions for visitors such as artificial waves, water jets, basketball, and volleyball. The larger pool measures 855 square meters and is 1.25 meters deep. It features attractions like a rushing river, artificial waves, water jets, a climbing net, and a water bar, making it more suitable for adults.
Indoor thermal pools
Chocholow Thermal Baths features several indoor thermal pools for visitors to relax in. There are two swimming pools with massage stations, each 99 square meters in area and 1.2 meters deep. The 8 jacuzzi pools include 6 small pools with an area of 4.9 square meters each, one pool with an area of 16 square meters, and one large pool that is 79 square meters. There is also a saltwater jacuzzi with an area of 16 square meters. All these pools are 1 meter deep.
Sports pools
Water sports enthusiasts and visitors with more athletic abilities, including professional athletes, can take advantage of the two sports pools at the Chocholow Thermal Baths complex. The smaller pool measures 16 by 8 meters with a 1.3 meter depth, and is equipped with an advanced POSEIDON monitoring system to support the lifeguards’ rescue work. The larger sports pool measures 25 by 10 meters and has a depth of 1.4 to 1.8 meters.
Children’s zones
There are two play zones especially dedicated for children at Chocholow Thermal Baths where little visitors can have plenty of fun. The younger children’s zone features a playground with a paddling pool with an area of 35 square meters and a depth of 0.3 meters. Another zone for older children includes slides, a steam room, an aquarium, and a playroom. There is also an outdoor playground with water attractions and a ship’s pool, which is open only in the summer.

Both adults and children can enjoy the many water slides at the Chocholow Thermal Baths facility. The jacuzzi where you could lie down is great. Then the outdoor pools are magnificent and in the one below there is a bar to have a drink, the bar is inside the water.

It was great, very big saloon and outside pools. Although it was very crowded, it was nıt a problem. We loved this thermal facility.
Only I must say that, some arrows are necessary to turn into parking area from the road, because I passed away two times.
